As 2016 came\u00a0to a close, I found myself reflecting on the importance of clean\u00a0and organic beauty. The bottom line is that it’s crucial to be aware and informed of the ingredients that are penetrating the skin. Just like we all care so much about what we put\u00a0into<\/em>\u00a0our bodies, like buying organic apples and hormone-free whatever, we need to pay the same close attention to our beauty products \u2013 everything from skincare, haircare, makeup and even for the hardcore, perfume. Now I am the first to admit that I love a Tom Ford lipstick, and\u00a0live\u00a0for Chanel No. 5, but for the most part<\/em> I choose organic, and especially<\/em> when it comes to my skincare.\u00a0After all, the skin takes up a lot more real estate than my lips!<\/p>\n

How many of you actually know what all those toxic ingredients mean? Whether you are pregnant, young, old, sick, healthy, you should look at 2017 as a fresh start —\u00a0a chance to revamp your beauty routine once and for all. I am inspired by my girlfriend who has very sensitive skin, and she finds organic and natural beauty products make her break out and give her allergic reactions. For her, I will continue to look for natural products that work for even the most sensitive of complexions. But in the meantime, I want to share with you my favorite natural products that I took with me to Switzerland that I am the most excited to use in my new home – for the best skin possible. THREE. It has to be something that you use to the very\u00a0last drop. There are very few in fact, and really\u00a0think about it, that we all use until the very end.<\/p>\n
